To install a PWA in Google Chrome on Windows, simply navigate to the Gmail/Outlook URL and follow the steps provided by the extension. Once installed, remember to pin the PWA to your taskbar and ensure that the "Show badges on taskbar buttons" setting is enabled in Windows 10 and 11 for the unread count badge to be displayed.
